If you need to measure, simply hold a measuring tape around your wrist.
In case you don't have a measuring tape, hold a ribbon, string, or a strip of paper around your wrist and then measure with a ruler.
If you like your bracelet a bit loose on your wrist, go 1/2 an inch up.
